Be kind
- Treat everyone with respect, especially people who are just starting out.
- There are no silly questions. Never make fun of someone for asking.
- Disagree with ideas, not people.
Be helpful
- Explain the why, not just the answer.
- Stay on topic. QueryKart is for study questions.
- If you're not sure about something, say so.
Be honest
- Don't post questions from a test or exam that's still running, and don't ask others to do graded work for you.
- Give credit when you use someone else's explanation.
Keep it safe
- No spam, advertising or links to sites selling answers.
- No hateful, hurtful or adult content.
- Never share personal details like phone numbers or addresses, yours or anyone else's.
If something breaks the rules
Anyone can report a post. Our mentors and admins look at every report. Posts that break these guidelines are removed. Someone who keeps breaking them may get a warning, and after that their account can be paused or closed.
